The grand event of DEFCO @50 was held at the Embakasi Mall on 2nd April 2024.the event was marking the milestones of DEFCO as the only welfare service provider for the KDF, their families and veterans, having branches within country. The Chief of Defense Forces, the late General Francis Ogolla presided over the Golden Jubilee celebration accompanied by the VCDF, Force commanders, and general officers among others.
